Internal Communication may be defined as a Communication discipline of an organization towards its employees in order to inform, mobilize, appeal or motivate them. The general goal of this kind of communication is to contribute to a good organization's performance, taking into account its business strategy.

LPM team defines and carries out internal communication projects designed for each Client and develops a set of tools as periodic webletters, annual magazines, mobilization campaigns and other channels of bidirectional interaction that consolidate its success.
